Restaurant Pro Express (RPE) features a bar tax, which automatically reverse calculates prices to be tax-inclusive for fast change. You can charge flat for drinks at the bar, allowing for faster transactions and enables you sell more drinks. You can also manage bar tabs by alphabetizing your liquor menu, helping your bar run more accurately and efficiently.

Accurate Inventory

RPE records every drink the waiter or cashier rings up through the POS system. The integrated ingredient tracking function reports the quantity of each type of liquor used, allowing you to compare your actual quantity of liquor on hand, to identify theft or over pouring of liquor. RPE also has a built-in feature that allows your bartenders to record drinks they gave away for valid reasons.
