Gryphon GBT4100 Wireless Barcode Scanner with Bluetooth - Semicron.com

The Datalogic Gryphon GBT4100 is a premium general purpose handheld wireless barcode scanner and data collection device with the richest features among the general purpose scanners. This barcode scanner system comes in two models. The GBT4110 is the scanner only model, and the GBT4130 is the kit model that includes the scanner, Base / Charger BC4030, and Cable. The Base / Charger has multi-interfaces to allow for easy connection to the host computer.

The GBT4100 features Bluetooth wireless technology that helps eliminate the need for cables that limit user movement at point of use. This handheld linear imager bar code reader can also transmit data to the host through its base station as well as to any commercial or Bluetooth device. This imager can be used as a hands-free or presentation reader by placing it in the “up” position. The scanner also has the “Scan-While-Charging” feature, which eliminates the concern about depleted or dead batteries, ensuring constant up-time and increased productivity. The imager features batch mode capability, which allows more than 1200 bar codes to be stored in the memory. Coupled with a 33,000 scans per charge Lithium-Ion battery, the scanner has unlimited mobility and reliable data collection when the user goes out of range.

The scanner's “Green Spot” for good-read feedback helps to improve user productivity in noisy environments or in places where silence is required. When using the imager with the cradle positioned at 45 degrees, the Green Spot can work as an aiming device to aid in positioning the barcode for quick and intuitive reading.
