We provide the rugged and durable Datalogic PowerScan PD7100 industrial corded handheld linear imager bar code reader ideal for scan intensive and data collection applications. PowerScan 7100 combines rugged durability and extremely snappy reading performance all in to one device and at an affordable price. The unique optical design of the Power Scan 7100 combines the features that are usually available on different scanners into one device. Such features as reading up to 3 mils maximum code resolution, contact to about 9.8 feet reading distance, and wide angle code reading, and more. This results in a versatile, simple and easy to use, and intuitive scanner that simplifies any bar code reading.
Together with the high-speed digital hardware and Datalogic’s advanced decoding algorithms, the PD-7100 scanner produces read rates up to 390 scans per second, making it the fastest industrial bar code scanner available, and especially ideal for use in environments where high-speed is required and thousands of codes need to be scanned in a very short time. Datalogic 7100 scanner has been designed and tested to withstand extreme and harsh environmental conditions and still maintains its consistent reading performance. Loud beeper and Green Spot feature directly on the code provides intuitive good read feedback to the user in noisy environments. Datalogic 7100 barcode reader is available in two different multi-interface options. The standard multi-interface is has RS-232, Keyboard Wedge and USB ports. The other multi-interface optin has RS-232, IBM46xx and USB ports.
