The M5900RVe uses the latest RISC processor technology to significantly improve throughput and imaging response time.
Long Life Printhead -   The M5900RVe label printer incorporates a printhead designed for long life direct thermal printing.
With a warranty of one year or 2 million linear inches and expected life of up to 4 million inches, printhead replacement cost
savings alone will more than pay for the barcode label printer when compared to other label printers available in the market.

Memory - The M5900RVe printer comes with a full 18 MB onboard memory. Enough memory for storing multiple fonts and
graphics without the need for optional memory in most bar code labeling applications. For extreme memory requirement    
applications, optional 4 MB of Flash memory or up to an additional 16 MB of PCMCIA memory can be very easily added.     

Windows Compatible - Users still have the option of producing high quality labels by using either SATO native command  
language (SCL) or quality label design and production software such as SATO's Label Wizard. Now, the ability to easily and
efficiently produce labels direct from Windows applications such as WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS and others is also an option.
