The Sensaphone SCADA 3000 is the most advanced system in the Sensaphone industrial line. With the SCADA 3000 system, everything, including the software, comes in one comprehensive package for all the sophisticated control, alarm, and data logging capability you will ever need. Flexible communication options allow the device to communicate with a host PC through standard RS-232 serial, standard data radio, ordinary telephone lines, or a mix of both. The device will call you using your own pre-recorded voice messages to alert you to the situation, or contact you via fax, numeric / alphanumeric pager, e-mail, or even by creating web pages of data. Each Sensaphone 3000 includes 16 universal inputs and 8 relay outputs. But the system can grow as the needs of your application grow, expanding to 144 I/O points by adding expansion modules. Standard with each Sensaphone FGD3000 is a powerful 32 bit software system complete with a real-time screen builder, program editors, alarm functions and a communications manager. Through this versatile Windows compatible software, you can program units, develop ladder and C-programs, retrieve data, analyze event logs and print a variety of reports. SCADA 3000 offers you the widest variety of methods for viewing your data, reports and alarm information. The interface offers you maximum flexibility. You receive customized alarm messages that you record. You receive polled data reports, view changing data live on real time screen, or even have the system prepare and upload pages of data to your internet or intranet web site. Inputs are configurable as Dry Contact, Temperature, 4-20mA, 0-5VDC, and Run Time. It features 12-bit resolution, differential inputs, and a 24VDC supply for powering 4-20mA loops. HIGH SPEED PULSE COUNT MODULE - Includes 4 totalizing inputs capable of counting pulses at a rate of up to 10,000 pulses per second (10 KHz). 4 virtual channels are provided to automatically calculate the pulse rates of the totalizing channels, or to display count overflow. The virtual channels allow the user to select calculated pulse rates per second, per minute, or per hour. RELAY OUTPUT MODULE - Provides 8 latching relay outputs identical to the relay outputs on the SCADA 3000 main unit. The relays are rated for 2A @ 125 VAC. ANALOG OUTPUT MODULE - Features 4 analog output signals that can be configured as either 4-20mA or 0-10V. The outputs can be used to control compatible equipment such as variable speed motor drives. Each output is capable of driving up to 1000 Ohms and may be controlled automatically by Ladder, C, or PID loop programs in the SCADA 3000.
